Sourced light/medium/heavyweight tulle and adorned feathers. Cut and gathered various tulle weights to be draped onto dress form. Hand stitched all tulle and adornments onto constructed shoulder pads with a mesh covering.
Garments were created for Miss Claire Sullivan’s private collection.
