Chartreuse Satin Cape

Solely performed each necessary step of garment creation including designing, sourcing fabric and materials, draping, drafting patterns, cutting, technical production and construction, and fittings and alterations. Pattern was created fully by hand through draping and the client’s measurements. Cape body, inner sleeves, lining, and cuffs of cape were made using a chartreuse satin blend. Majority of stitching was done using a home machine, with the cuffs stitched by hand. Down feathers were inserted into cape lining to create puffy look and feel.
