Mya for CCWT

Solely performed each necessary step of garment upcycling and creation including designing, sourcing fabric and materials, draping, drafting patterns, cutting, and technical production. Design was inspired by custom Levi’s for Beyonce’s 2025 Cowboy Carter World Tour and incorporated the client’s specific requests. Chaps were created fully by hand and added to an existing pair of Levi’s denim shorts through removal and reattachment of waistband, belt loops, and pockets. Pattern was created in the client’s size through draping. Chaps were produced using 100% cotton denim, with stitching done by home machine and by hand. All pockets and belt loops of existing shorts remained fully accessible. Stars and stripes rhinestone embellishments were placed by hand and adhered to fabric via heat press.

Garment is a custom upcycled piece for personal client Mya Nobles Trainer and was worn to Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter World Tour in Atlanta.
